Cancellation Policy
Must cancel by text at least 24 hours prior to appointment to allow time for another guest to fill that spot. No shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
There is a 15 minute grace period for late guests, after that 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of the service. this will also prohibit you from booking with me in the future, no exceptions 🖤
